The king of the Tuatha Dé Hannam ( the Elf people who live in Ireland in prehistoric times) is mentioned in many legends. He had different titles, some called him “The father of all”, others “ Lord of wisdom”, or “Sun of all the sciences”; however, his main title was “Dagda”, which means “The Good God”.
His mace could smash down up to nine enemies at a blow and his hunger was enormous. That is why he owned a magic pot which filled up with food whenever he chose.
